This is not your ordinary pressure washing service. Depending on the job, it could require stain-remover or paver prep on paver surfaces. This is an imperative step in the process for anything on the surface will be getting sealed in.

We offer new installation of polymeric sand as well as replacing old & black polymeric sand. After this step is completed, time will be needed for the sand to cure and fully harden before continuing on. 

We offer a variety of sealer finishes ranging anywhere from a natural finish to a wet look. Longevity varies on different circumstances but generally will last between 2 & 3 years. Hopefully we won't hear from our clients within this time frame until you're due for a reapplication. :)
